A look at the course's format and a brief intro to what to expect — and why we built this course.
Since starting this practice, my life has become more focused and more enjoyable. Focusing internally allows me to face the external world with curiosity and acceptance. The course had an immediate impact on how I respond to various situations.
Best gift you could ever give yourself. This course is masterful. Right from the start, the assessment gave me insight into what areas to focus on. The simple, accessible modules deliver genuine mindfulness teachings in modern, pragmatic ways. I've studied mindfulness from many teachers — A2A makes the practices easy to understand, very doable, and incredibly powerful. From the first lesson you'll experience aha moments and life improvements. Don't wait, sign up!
After dabbling in mindfulness and meditation on and off but never really getting it to "stick," the Awareness to Action course is EXACTLY what I needed. Instead of turning to a calming meditation or breath work after a stressful situation had fully derailed me, this course has got me on track to make the "action" portion part of daily life. Transforming these tools to becoming always on—instead of emergency brakes—is key. Having Jon and Will to help with this process is invaluable. Also very much appreciate the built-in community, self-pacing schedule, and instant access to these tools. Hope others can benefit from this course as much as I have and will continue to. Worth every penny.
