What students are saying

Best gift you could ever give yourself. This course is masterful. Right from the start, the assessment gave me insight into what areas to focus on. The simple, accessible modules deliver genuine mindfulness teachings in modern, pragmatic ways. I've studied mindfulness from many teachers — A2A makes the practices easy to understand, very doable, and incredibly powerful. From the first lesson you'll experience aha moments and life improvements. Don't wait, sign up!

After dabbling in mindfulness and meditation on and off but never really getting it to "stick," the Awareness to Action course is EXACTLY what I needed. Instead of turning to a calming meditation or breath work after a stressful situation had fully derailed me, this course has got me on track to make the "action" portion part of daily life. Transforming these tools to becoming always on—instead of emergency brakes—is key. Having Jon and Will to help with this process is invaluable. Also very much appreciate the built-in community, self-pacing schedule, and instant access to these tools. Hope others can benefit from this course as much as I have and will continue to. Worth every penny.

Something has to change.
You already know it.

We know why you're here. You've been holding it together for a long time — for everyone. Underneath, something is quietly starting to crack.

  • The grind is grinding you downHarder, longer, more — and now it's producing friction instead of results.
  • The people you love get what's leftYour partner has said something. Your kids feel the absence. You don't know how to fix it.
  • Your body is keeping scoreJaw clenched before you're out of bed. Tight back. Sleep that doesn't restore. A short fuse that surprises even you.
  • Kicking the can down the roadYou keep saying you'll change tomorrow, and tomorrow never comes. Now is your chance.

What happens when you do the work

A specific, measurable skill set — and a different relationship to pressure, presence, and the people around you.

Sharper Focus

You control where your attention goes

You stop reacting to everything pulling at you and start directing. Decisions sharpen. The noise drops.

Regulated Nervous System

You interrupt the stress cycle

Shift from reactive to composed, on demand, in the middle of real situations.

Real Presence

You show up fully

Your spouse, kids, and co-workers finally get the version of you they've been waiting for.

Sustainable Practice

You build something that lasts

A 12-module arc that embeds mindfulness as a skill and a lifestyle, with a community for support.

The science is clear

Four findings that separate people who perform under pressure from people who just survive it.

Your breath is your fastest reset

Slow, exhale-focused breathing shifts your nervous system out of fight-or-flight — improving mood and lowering arousal, and it beat meditation for that in a controlled trial.

Balban et al., "Brief structured respiration practices…," Cell Reports Medicine, 2023.

You grow faster together

Accountability and community are among the strongest predictors of finishing what you start — cohort courses with peer check-ins report far higher completion than solo self-study.

Course-completion research; e.g., Circle & Ruzuku platform data; Hardman, cohort-course studies.

Focus is trainable

Attention is a skill you can build. Mindfulness training measurably strengthens and protects attention, even in high-stress groups. If you're not in charge of your mind, something else will be.

Jha et al., attention-training research, 2007–present (Jha Lab, University of Miami).

The 23-minute hole

After one interruption, it takes about 23 minutes to return to the same depth of focus.

Mark, Gudith & Klocke, "The Cost of Interrupted Work," UC Irvine, CHI 2008 (23 min 15 sec).

FAQs

Is A2A open to women too?
Yes. Anyone 18 or older can enroll and will benefit with effort and consistency. Jon and Will lead the course, and female guest teachers appear throughout the year.
I've tried meditation apps and they didn't work. How is this different?
Apps give you a daily meditation with no arc, no progression, and no one checking in. A2A starts with an Attention & Presence Assessment so you know exactly where you're starting, then moves through a 12-module curriculum with video lessons, a workbook, guided meditations, a private community, and live calls with Jon and Will. It's the difference between reading about fitness and having a training plan with a coach.
What are the live calls, and do I have to attend?
The weekly live Q&A and practice calls are the heart of A2A — your direct access to Jon and Will. You're strongly encouraged to join as often as you can; that's where the work sticks. The community forum is optional. Everything is recorded, so you'll never miss out if life gets in the way.
I'm already busy. What if I fall behind?
You can't fall behind — the course is yours for a full year (or forever, on Lifetime). To create real change, we suggest completing all modules in the first 12–20 weeks. After that, it's a lifelong practice you'll return to.
Is there a free option?
Yes. Free Access gives you Module 1, the Attention & Presence Assessment, the Focus app, a curated set of podcast episodes, and additional resources — enough to start and see if it's for you. It doesn't include the full 12-module course, the live weekly calls or recordings, or the guided meditations. Use code FREE at checkout.
How much time does this take?
It's self-paced. Each module takes about 30–45 minutes; daily practice is just 5–15 minutes — less time than most people spend scrolling before bed.
What is Circle.so?
Circle.so is our private online community where A2A students connect and support each other — no social media noise, no algorithm, no ads. It lives on your phone or browser and takes about two minutes to set up.
I'm not a "mindfulness person." Is this really for me?
That's exactly who this was built for. The people who get the most out of A2A never searched for a mindfulness course — they searched for how to stop overthinking, sleep better, or stop snapping at the people they love.
Is this religious or spiritual?
Not at all. This is a skill-based course grounded in neuroscience and psychology. The practices are secular and practical.
Can I do this with my partner?
Yes, and it's a smart move. The relationship modules become shared language for couples who've been talking past each other for years.
What's the refund policy?
A 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us with "REFUND" in the subject line. No questions asked.
