I'm already busy. What if I fall behind?

You can't fall behind — the course is yours for life. Come back to it after a hard week, pick up where you left off, or revisit a module when you need it.

Ideal scenario: to really create the change you're looking for by taking this course. We suggest you complete all the modules within the first 18-20 weeks. This will help to lay a solid foundation for you. As well as the confidence that comes with honoring your commitments.

This isn't a sprint. It's a lifelong practice you'll return to well after the 12 modules are done.

How much time does this take?

This course is self-paced, so you move at your own pace — no deadlines, no pressure. Each module takes about 30–45 minutes to complete.

The daily practice is just 5–15 minutes. Most people find that's less time than they spend scrolling their phone before bed.

I've tried meditation apps and they didn't work. How is this different?

Apps give you a daily meditation with no arc, no progression, and no one checking in.

A2A is a 12-module structured curriculum —with video lessons, a workbook, guided meditations, a private community, and live calls with Jon and Will.

It's the difference between reading about fitness and actually having a training plan with a coach.

What is Circle.so

Circle.so is our private online community where A2A students connect, share, and support each other through the course.

Think of it as a group chat and community forum built specifically for this course — no social media noise, no algorithm, no ads. Just real people doing the same work you're doing.

It lives on your phone or browser, takes about two minutes to set up, and you control how much or how little you engage.

You can lurk, listen, and learn — or jump in when you're ready.

Do I have to participate in the Circle.so community or group calls?

No. Everything is optional.
Strongly encourage participating in the Circle community and live calls As often as you can. Again commit to this - it will change you!! You just need to keep showing up and put in the work.

Community and human connection have proven to be the most powerful vehicles for change!

What about posting in Circle.so?? A lot of people who said they'd never post end up finding it one of the most valuable parts.

But if you want to keep it private and go solo, that's completely fine.

I'm not a "mindfulness person." Is this really for me?

That's exactly who this was built for.

The people who get the most out of A2A are the ones who would never have searched for a mindfulness course — they searched for how to stop overthinking, how to sleep better, or how to stop snapping at the people they love. The course meets you where you are, not where you think you're supposed to be.

Is this religious or spiritual?

Not at all.
This is a skill-based course grounded in neuroscience and psychology. The practices are secular, practical, and designed for people who would never describe themselves as "spiritual." If it works for Jon and Will, two regular guys, it will work for you.

Can I do this with my partner?

Yes, its a smart move!

The relationship modules, Mindful Communication and Mindfulness in Relationships — become shared language for couples who've been talking past each other for years.
