
Since retiring as a Navy SEAL Commander in 2020, Jon has been dedicated to spreading the practices of meditation and mindfulness to help others live happier and more fulfilling lives.
He's a Naval Academy graduate with a master's in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School. Jon has served in Iraq, Afghanistan, off the coast of Somalia, and in Panama.
Jon brings mindfulness and focusing skills to high-performing teams to aid in dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression, all while increasing attention, creativity, and productivity.
As co-host of Men Talking Mindfulness — a Top 1.5% Global Podcast recognized by iHeart Radio — Jon is a husband, a father of three great kids, and lives in Colorado Springs, CO.
